Minigrip expanded operations by opening a production facility in Seguin, Texas.

2012 AND BEYOND
In 2012 Minigrip Consumer Products was acquired by Inteplast Group, a leading manufacturer of integrated plastics and paper products in North America headquartered in Livingston, NJ. Inteplast has more than 100 facilities throughout North America, Asia, and Europe. This has strengthened Minigrip’s capabilities, allowing us to better service our customers by offering a wider variety of solutions.
